City of Oshkosh-Minutes Special Meeting May 16, 2024

​The City of Oshkosh Mayor and City Council met for special session on May 16, 2024, at
7:30 A.M.
 
In compliance with the Open Meetings Act of Nebraska, a current copy of the act is posted in the Council Chambers.  Notice of this meeting was posted at the Oshkosh Post Office, City Hall and Courthouse.  The agenda for this meeting was kept current and available for inspection at City Hall.

President of the Council Michael Piva called the meeting to order and read the Open Meetings Act, LV 898.
 
Present:   Council Members:  Mike Piva, George Zoucha, Gary DeCock. Absent: Mayor Terry Davis, and Council member Jaden Porter. Also attending: City Clerk James Bondegard, Deputy Clerk Kim Martin, , Marykay Robinson, and Deb Condra.
 
Motion by Zoucha seconded by DeCock to excuse Terry Davis and Jaden Porter from meeting. Voting AYE: Zoucha, DeCock, and Piva. Motion carried unanimously.
 
No action taken on agenda item 2.
 
Motion by DeCock seconded by Piva to approve Interlocal agreement with Garden County Health Service Board for the purpose of hiring a Physician. Voting AYE: Zoucha, DeCock, and Piva. Motion carried unanimously. Interlocal Agreement on file at City Hall for inspection.
 
Motion by Zoucha seconded by DeCock, to adjourn the meeting at 7:46 A.M.. Voting AYE: Zoucha, DeCock, and Piva.  Motion carried unanimously.
